Our standard daily, weekly and monthly activity reports include number of open and closed cases, length of stay, diagnosis, status of patients, time spent on cases, costs to date; and utilization report summaries.

CMN also provides individual case notes, medical updates as required and individual or block reporting. Our case managers document all data and discussions and pass along relevant information as it occurs in real time.
